01
Summary: what you get
$1 USDC = 1 wXNT + 45 free XCORE
The vault sends exactly 45 XCORE per $1. After XCORE's 3% transfer fee, 43.65 per $1 lands in your wallet: 436.5 XCORE lands per $10 (1,091.25 per $25, 4,365 per $100).
- wXNT: wrapped XNT, X1's native utility token. Gas and staking on X1; bridging and DeFi on Solana.
- XCORE: a tradable token on Raydium, included free with every purchase. Its primary role is a trading asset, with open price discovery in one XCORE / wXNT pool. Supporting feature: a 3% fee on every XCORE swap and transfer is shared with holders, paid in wXNT, every hour.
- Sale vaults: 20,000,000 wXNT and 900,000,000 XCORE (90% of supply), sized so both empty at the same moment. The other 10% of XCORE is locked as Raydium liquidity. $10 minimum, no caps. Raydium only. The price is the same with or without XCORE.
02
The opportunity: X1 utility plus a tradable token
Most token sales ask buyers to fund a roadmap in exchange for a new token with no use yet. This one inverts that.
The utility exists today
wXNT is wrapped XNT. It already trades and already works: gas and staking on X1, bridging and DeFi on Solana (Token-2022).
No new token to raise money
Sale USDC buys existing wXNT inventory. Nothing is minted to fund a team.
XCORE is a tradable token
Included free, XCORE trades on Raydium in one XCORE / wXNT pool, with open price discovery. A transparent 3% fee share, paid in wXNT, is a supporting feature.
03
Token architecture: wXNT vs XCORE
wXNT
Wrapped XNT, X1's native token. Already exists and trades.
- On X1 gas, staking
- On Solana bridging, DeFi
XCORE
Trades on Raydium; included free with your purchase. Token-2022 with a 3% fee on every swap and transfer.
- Supply 1,000,000,000 fixed: 90% sale, 10% locked LP
- Fee share supporting feature: hourly, pro-rata

| How you get it | $1 per wXNT | 45 per $1, included free (43.65 lands after the 3% fee) |

XCORE supply allocation
Fixed 1,000,000,000 XCORE. Nothing else is allocated.
- Sale vault · 90%
- 900,000,000 XCORE 45 per $1 to buyers; empties with the 20,000,000 wXNT vault
- Raydium liquidity · 10%
- 100,000,000 XCORE paired with 2,000,000 wXNT (about $0.02 per XCORE); LP burned through Raydium's LP-burn feature, nobody can withdraw it; LP fee claim kept; pool excluded from the fee share
Open item: where the pool's 2,000,000 wXNT comes from is not decided yet. The 20,000,000 wXNT sale vault stays at 20,000,000.
Wallets: Phantom and X1 Wallet. XCORE is a Token-2022 with a 3% transfer fee, so wallets can flag it and a transfer shows the receiver getting 3% less. That 3% is the fee shared with holders; moving XCORE between your own wallets pays it too.
04
Sale mechanics
- Price
- $1 USDC per wXNT + 45 free XCORE per $1
- Minimum
- $10 USDC no caps; scales with your amount
- wXNT vault
- 20,000,000 wXNT at $1.00 each
- XCORE vault
- 900,000,000 XCORE 90% of supply (20,000,000 × 45), so both vaults empty at the same moment
- Venue
- Raydium only
- XCORE delivery
- 450 sent per $10 exactly 45 per $1, so the vault reaches exactly 0; 436.5 XCORE lands after XCORE's 3% transfer fee
- Buy-bot allocation
- 0.5% of USDC $10 still delivers 10 wXNT + 450 XCORE (436.5 XCORE lands after the 3% fee)
- At sell-out
- $20,000,000 raised 20,000,000 wXNT + 900,000,000 XCORE distributed; both vaults end at 0
- Liquidity
- 100,000,000 XCORE + 2,000,000 wXNT one Raydium pool, LP burned, fee claim kept
05
Fee flow and the buy bot
The fee share is a supporting feature. Every XCORE swap and transfer pays a 3% fee. Fees are swapped to wXNT on Raydium and shared with XCORE holders, pro-rata, every hour.
Illustration only
At an illustrative $10M/day of XCORE volume, the 3% fee is $300k/day shared by all holders.
This is arithmetic, not a forecast or a guarantee. Actual fees depend entirely on trading volume. No trades, no fees.
The hourly buy bot
0.5% of every purchase, paid in USDC, funds a bot that buys wXNT on the open market on Raydium once an hour.
06
Use of proceeds: inventory, not rewards
- Existing wXNT inventory
- 99.5% $19,900,000 at sell-out
- Hourly wXNT buy bot on Raydium
- 0.5% $100,000 at sell-out
Sale USDC buys existing wXNT inventory. It does not fund the team or development and never pays XCORE rewards. The fee share comes only from XCORE trading fees.

Why traders and investors pay attention
- Fixed, transparent price$1 per wXNT, $10 minimum, no caps, no tiers.
- Utility on day oneGas and staking on X1; bridging and DeFi on Solana.
- An existing assetwXNT wraps XNT, which already trades. Nothing is minted to raise money.
- A tradable second token, included freeXCORE trades on Raydium. 45 XCORE per $1 (43.65 lands after the 3% fee), at the same price as wXNT alone.
- Fee share paid in wXNTA supporting feature: distributions arrive in the utility asset, not in more XCORE.
- Volume-linked by design3% of every XCORE swap and transfer, pro-rata every hour.
- Steady buy-side activity0.5% of sale USDC funds an hourly wXNT buy on Raydium.
- One venue, one poolRaydium only: XCORE / wXNT liquidity in one place, open price discovery.
- Clean use of proceedsUSDC buys inventory. It never funds the fee share.
- Fixed XCORE supply1,000,000,000 XCORE, set from the start: 90% to sale buyers through the vault, 10% locked as Raydium liquidity.
08
Risks and what this is not
Not an ICO
- No new token is created to raise money.
- wXNT is wrapped XNT, which already exists and trades.
- No roadmap or development funding, no vesting, no investment promise.
- wXNT has use today: gas and staking on X1, bridging and DeFi on Solana.
- XCORE is free: included at no extra cost. The price is the same with or without it.
Risks to weigh
- Fee share is variable
- It depends entirely on XCORE trading volume. The $10M/day example is an illustration, not a forecast or a guarantee.
- Market prices move
- wXNT tracks the XNT market. XCORE is a trading asset: its price is set by the Raydium pool and can fall sharply. Nothing here predicts XCORE's price.
- Single venue
- XCORE trades on Raydium only; liquidity depends on that pool.
- Locked liquidity
- The pool's LP is burned, so liquidity cannot be withdrawn, but the project also cannot pull it back to redeploy it. Where the pool's 2,000,000 wXNT comes from is still open (see the Design Q&A, Q4).
- Transfer fee
- Every XCORE swap and transfer pays 3%, including moves between your own wallets.
- Technical risk
- Token-2022 programs, bridges and wallets carry smart-contract and operational risk.
- Regulatory
- XCORE design under legal review (Cayman VASP Act).
- Simulation
- This site makes no on-chain transactions; balances are saved only in your browser.
