## 1. Summary — what you get

**$1 USDC = 1 wXNT + 45 free XCORE.**

| You pay | You get | XCORE that lands after the 3% fee |
|---|---|---|
| $10 USDC (minimum) | 10 wXNT + 450 XCORE | 436.5 XCORE |
| $25 USDC | 25 wXNT + 1,125 XCORE | 1,091.25 XCORE |
| $100 USDC | 100 wXNT + 4,500 XCORE | 4,365 XCORE |

The vault sends exactly 45 XCORE per $1. XCORE has a 3% transfer fee, so 43.65 XCORE per $1 lands in your wallet (436.5 per $10).

- **wXNT** — wrapped XNT, X1's native utility token. Gas and staking on X1; bridging and DeFi on Solana.
- **XCORE** — a tradable token on Raydium, included free with every purchase. Its primary role is a trading asset, with open price discovery in one XCORE / wXNT pool. Supporting feature: a 3% fee on every XCORE swap and transfer is shared with XCORE holders, paid in wXNT, every hour.
- **Sale vaults:** 20,000,000 wXNT and 900,000,000 XCORE (90% of supply), sized so both empty at the same moment. The other 10% of XCORE is locked as Raydium liquidity. **$10 minimum**, no caps. **Raydium only.**
- The price is the same with or without XCORE.

## 2. The opportunity — X1 utility plus a tradable token

Most token sales ask buyers to fund a roadmap in exchange for a new token that has no use yet. This one inverts that:

1. **The utility exists today.** wXNT is wrapped XNT. It already trades and already works: gas and staking on X1, bridging and DeFi on Solana (Token-2022).
2. **No new token is created to raise money.** Sale USDC buys existing wXNT inventory.
3. **XCORE is a tradable token, included free.** XCORE trades on Raydium in one XCORE / wXNT pool, with open price discovery. A transparent 3% fee share, paid in wXNT, is a supporting feature.

The result is a straightforward utility purchase at a fixed $1 price, with XCORE included as a tradable token on Raydium and a fee share in wXNT as a supporting feature.

## 3. Token architecture — wXNT vs XCORE

| | **wXNT** | **XCORE** |
|---|---|---|
| Role | Utility token | Tradable token on Raydium (fee share in wXNT as a feature) |
| What it is | Wrapped XNT, X1's native token | Token-2022 with a 3% transfer fee |
| Supply | Sale vault: 20,000,000 wXNT | Fixed: 1,000,000,000 XCORE (90% sale vault, 10% locked liquidity) |
| How you get it | Bought at $1 per wXNT | 45 XCORE per $1, included free (43.65 lands after the 3% fee) |
| What it does | Gas and staking on X1; bridging and DeFi on Solana | Trades on Raydium; 3% of every swap and transfer goes to holders |
| Paid in | — | wXNT, pro-rata, every hour |
| Where it trades | Raydium | Raydium only — XCORE / wXNT pool |

**Wallets:** Phantom and X1 Wallet. Because XCORE is a Token-2022 with a 3% transfer fee, wallets can flag it and a transfer shows the receiver getting 3% less. That 3% is the fee shared with holders; moving XCORE between your own wallets pays it too.

**XCORE supply allocation** (fixed 1,000,000,000):

| Allocation | Share | XCORE | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sale vault | 90% | 900,000,000 | 45 per $1 to buyers; empties together with the 20,000,000 wXNT vault |
| Raydium liquidity | 10% | 100,000,000 | Paired with 2,000,000 wXNT (about $0.02 per XCORE); LP burned through Raydium's LP-burn feature, so nobody can withdraw it; the LP fee claim is kept |

```
XCORE  [██████████████████████████████████████████████░░░░░]
        90% sale vault (900M)                    10% locked LP (100M)
```

That is the whole supply: nothing else is allocated. The pool address is excluded from the 3% fee-share distribution. Where the pool's 2,000,000 wXNT comes from is an open decision; the 20,000,000 wXNT sale vault is not reduced for it.

## 4. Sale mechanics

- **Price:** $1 USDC per wXNT, plus 45 free XCORE per $1.
- **Minimum:** $10 USDC. No caps; the bundle scales with your amount.
- **wXNT vault:** 20,000,000 wXNT at $1.00 each.
- **XCORE vault:** 900,000,000 XCORE, 90% of supply (20,000,000 × 45), so both vaults empty at the same moment.
- **Venue:** Raydium only.
- **Delivery:** the vault sends exactly 45 XCORE per $1 (450 per $10), so it reaches exactly 0 at sell-out. 436.5 XCORE lands per $10 after XCORE's 3% transfer fee (43.65 per $1).
- **Buy-bot allocation:** 0.5% of each purchase comes out of the amount paid, so $10 still delivers 10 wXNT + 450 XCORE (436.5 XCORE lands after the 3% fee).
- **At sell-out:** $20,000,000 raised in total; 20,000,000 wXNT + 900,000,000 XCORE distributed; both vaults end at 0.
- **Liquidity:** 100,000,000 XCORE + 2,000,000 wXNT in one Raydium pool, LP burned through Raydium's LP-burn feature (fee claim kept).

## 5. Fee flow and the buy bot

**The XCORE fee loop** (a supporting feature; steps 3–6 repeat every hour):

1. Pay USDC
2. Get wXNT + free XCORE
3. People trade XCORE
4. 3% fee on every swap and transfer
5. Fees swapped to wXNT on Raydium
6. Shared with XCORE holders, pro-rata

**Illustration only:** at an illustrative **$10M/day** of XCORE volume, the 3% fee is **$300k/day** shared by all holders. This is arithmetic, not a forecast or a guarantee. Actual fees depend entirely on trading volume. No trades, no fees.

**The buy bot:** 0.5% of every purchase, paid in USDC, funds a bot that buys wXNT on the open market on Raydium once an hour.

## 6. Use of proceeds — inventory, not rewards

| Allocation | Share of USDC | At sell-out ($20,000,000) |
|---|---|---|
| Existing wXNT inventory | 99.5% | $19,900,000 |
| Hourly wXNT buy bot on Raydium | 0.5% | $100,000 |

Sale USDC buys existing wXNT inventory. It does not fund the team or development and **never pays XCORE rewards**. The XCORE fee share comes only from XCORE trading fees.

## 7. Why traders and investors pay attention

1. **Fixed, transparent price.** $1 per wXNT, $10 minimum, no caps, no tiers.
2. **Utility on day one.** Gas and staking on X1; bridging and DeFi on Solana.
3. **An existing asset.** wXNT wraps XNT, which already trades. No new token is minted to raise money.
4. **A tradable second token, included free.** XCORE trades on Raydium. 45 XCORE per $1 (43.65 lands after the 3% fee), at the same price as wXNT alone.
5. **Fee share paid in wXNT.** A supporting feature: distributions arrive in the utility asset, not in more XCORE.
6. **Volume-linked by design.** 3% of every XCORE swap and transfer, distributed pro-rata every hour.
7. **Steady buy-side activity.** 0.5% of sale USDC funds an hourly wXNT buy on Raydium.
8. **One venue, one pool.** Raydium only: XCORE / wXNT liquidity in one place, with open price discovery.
9. **Clean use of proceeds.** USDC buys inventory. It never funds the fee share.
10. **Fixed XCORE supply.** 1,000,000,000 XCORE, set from the start: 90% to sale buyers through the vault, 10% locked as Raydium liquidity.

## 8. Risks and what this is not

**Not an ICO.**

- No new token is created to raise money.
- wXNT is wrapped XNT, which already exists and trades.
- No roadmap or development funding, no vesting, no investment promise.
- wXNT has use today: gas and staking on X1, bridging and DeFi on Solana.
- XCORE is free: included at no extra cost. The price is the same with or without it.

**Risks to weigh.**

- **Fee share is variable.** It depends entirely on XCORE trading volume. The $10M/day example is an illustration, not a forecast or a guarantee.
- **Market prices move.** wXNT tracks the XNT market. XCORE is a trading asset: its price is set by the Raydium pool and can fall sharply. Nothing here predicts XCORE's price.
- **Single venue.** XCORE trades on Raydium only; liquidity depends on that pool.
- **Locked liquidity.** The pool's LP is burned, so liquidity cannot be withdrawn, but it also cannot be added back by the project if it thins out. Where the pool's 2,000,000 wXNT comes from is still open.
- **Transfer fee.** Every XCORE swap and transfer pays 3%, including moves between your own wallets.
- **Smart-contract and wallet risk.** Token-2022 programs, bridges and wallets carry technical risk.
- **Regulatory.** XCORE design under legal review (Cayman VASP Act).
- **This site is a simulation.** No on-chain transactions; balances are saved only in your browser.
