## 1. What XCORE is

XCORE is a **trading asset**: a token meant to be bought and sold on Raydium. That primary goal is **Decided**. The design described here, **Option D**, is **Under consideration**.

- **A fair-math launch.** XCORE starts on a one-way bonding curve. Anyone can buy; the price follows a published formula.
- **Reflections in wXNT.** After launch, a 1–2% tax on XCORE trades is swapped into wXNT and shared with holders.
- **Staking boost.** Holders who stake also share Foundation XNT from X1 staking, about 80,000 XNT a day.

Option D is different from the live simulated sale on /buy (Option A, a flat bundle) and from the no-tax curve variant on /curve. See /design for the comparison.

## 2. How the launch works

XCORE launches on a **one-way bonding curve** priced in USDC. You send USDC to the curve and receive XCORE. There is **no sell-back** to the curve.

1. **Phase 1 — Curve.** Buy-only. No tax. The price rises as supply sells (x·y = k with virtual reserves).
2. **Graduation.** The last curve token sells. The Raydium LP is seeded at the graduation price and the LP tokens are burned.
3. **Phase 2 — Raydium trading.** The 1–2% trading tax and the staking boost start.

| Curve sold | Curve price | What $100 buys |
|---|---|---|
| 0% | $0.000945 | 105,811 XCORE |
| 25% | $0.001431 | 69,853 XCORE |
| 50% | $0.002419 | 41,334 XCORE |
| 75% | $0.004937 | 20,254 XCORE |
| 100% (graduation) | $0.01512 | Curve closed |

**Early buyers pay less: that is math, not a promise.** The same $100 buys fewer XCORE as more of the curve sells. It says nothing about the price XCORE trades at on Raydium later.

Example parameters: 1,000,000,000 XCORE total; 952,380,952 sold on the curve; 47,619,048 reserved for the Raydium LP; start $0.000945 (FDV $945,000); graduation $0.01512 (FDV $15,120,000; last curve price = LP seed price); average price $0.00378; $3,600,000 USDC raised; 20% of it ($720,000) seeds the LP with the 47.6M XCORE; 80% ($2,880,000) is the **project treasury (retained)**, use and custody open; LP burned; no tax during the curve.

**Pool depth.** The Raydium pool opens with about 47.6M XCORE + $720k USDC. That is a thin pool, so trades after graduation will move the price a lot. The curve itself runs 16× from start to end.

## 3. Reflections — a 1–2% tax paid out in wXNT

After graduation, every XCORE trade pays a **1–2% trading tax** (the exact rate is open). The tax is swapped into **wXNT on Solana** and **reflected pro rata** to XCORE holders, paid in wXNT.

XCORE trade on Raydium → 1–2% trading tax → swapped into wXNT on Solana → reflected to XCORE holders.

- **wXNT buy pressure.** Every swap of the tax into wXNT is a wXNT buy on the market, for as long as XCORE trades.
- **Pro rata.** Your share = your XCORE ÷ all reflection-eligible XCORE. The Raydium pool and contract addresses are excluded, so with the example split the eligible supply is 1,000,000,000 − 47,619,047.62 = 952,380,952.38 XCORE.
- **Depends on volume.** Reflections pool = tax rate × trading volume. No trades, no reflections.

**Open engineering decision:** Token-2022 transfer fees hit every transfer, wallet-to-wallet included. Taxing only trades needs a transfer hook or router logic. Which one is used is not decided.

## 4. Staking boost — Foundation XNT for stakers

Holders who **stake** XCORE also share **Foundation XNT** from X1 staking inflation: about **80,000 XNT per day**, paid as wXNT, split pro rata among stakers only.

X1 staking inflation → Foundation share (~80,000 XNT/day) → paid as wXNT → XCORE stakers, pro rata to stake.

| | Holding, not staked | Staked |
|---|---|---|
| wXNT reflections from the 1–2% tax | Yes | Yes (staked XCORE still counts) |
| Share of ~80,000 XNT/day | No | Yes, paid as wXNT |
| Lockup | None | Open: none, 7 days or 30 days |

Both kinds of rewards, reflections and the staking boost, are payouts in wXNT. The more XCORE is staked in total, the smaller each staker's share of the 80,000 XNT. The Foundation amount is a policy choice and can change.

## 5. Worked example

**Example inputs, not a forecast:** you hold 1,000,000 XCORE, all staked; 30% of the 952,380,952.38 eligible XCORE is staked (285,714,285.71); daily XCORE trading volume $1,000,000 (illustration only); trading tax 2%; Foundation XNT 80,000/day.

1. **Tax pool** = 2% × $1,000,000 = **$20,000 per day**, swapped into wXNT at market.
2. **Eligible XCORE** = 1,000,000,000 − 47,619,047.62 = 952,380,952.38.
3. **Your reflections** = $20,000 × 1,000,000 ÷ 952,380,952.38 = **$21 per day** — 0.105% of the pool, paid in wXNT.
4. **Total staked** = 30% × 952,380,952.38 = 285,714,285.71 XCORE.
5. **Your staking boost** = 80,000 × 1,000,000 ÷ 285,714,285.71 = **280 XNT per day**, paid as wXNT.

Same holder, **not staked**: the same 0.105% of the tax pool, and 0 Foundation XNT. At a **1%** tax the pool halves to $10,000/day, so the same 0.105% share is $10.50/day. If volume is lower, reflections are lower; if more XCORE is staked, each staker's XNT share is smaller. No XNT price is assumed, so the staking boost is shown in XNT only.

## 6. What wXNT and X1 are

- **X1 and XNT.** X1 is a blockchain. XNT is its native token, used for gas and staking. Staking creates new XNT for stakers (staking inflation); the Foundation's share is the source of the staking boost.
- **wXNT.** Wrapped XNT on Solana (Token-2022). It trades on Raydium and is the asset every XCORE payout is made in: tax reflections and the staking boost alike.

## 7. Risks

- **Price can fall.** The curve price only rises during the launch, because there is no sell path. After graduation XCORE trades on Raydium, where the price is set by the market and can fall below the curve price, sharply.
- **Reflections depend on volume.** If XCORE trades little, reflections are small; with no trades there are none. The $1,000,000/day figure is an illustration.
- **Foundation XNT can change.** The ~80,000 XNT/day staking boost is a Foundation policy choice, not a fixed obligation. It can be reduced, changed or stopped, and each staker's share shrinks as more XCORE is staked.
- **Smart-contract risk.** The curve, the tax logic, the staking contract, Token-2022 programs and the wXNT bridge can all have bugs or operational failures.
- **Lockups.** If a staking lockup is chosen (7 or 30 days), staked XCORE can't be sold during the lockup.
- **Regulatory.** A staking reward from Foundation revenue and tax reflections both need counsel review in the Cayman Islands and beyond. Whether US persons may take part is undecided.
- **Simulation.** This site makes no on-chain transactions. Option D is under consideration and may change or not launch.
