Intelligence Consensus Architecture:
Mood Ring, Copybot & Pool Snapshots

X1 Terminal
November 3, 2026

Executive Summary

We aggregate the live positioning of 37 consistently profitable Hyperliquid day traders into a signed, per-coin consensus — the Mood Ring. A maker-first copybot mirrors that consensus into follower accounts, every order carries a small builder fee, and a snapshot bot archives the entire pool every five minutes into a 48-hour, time-indexed store. Layered stops, a re-entry block, and watchdogs keep losses bounded when the market turns fast. Source: whitepaper.tex · Extended edition: /whitepaper-extended.

Trader Pool and the Mood Ring

The listener tracks 37 Hyperliquid day traders selected for sustained profitability, including seven ZEC whales who count fully in the signal. Aggregate realized performance: +$12.2M (7d), +$36.5M (30d), +$347.8M all-time. For each coin \(c\), net positioning across the pool produces a score \(s_c \in [-100, 100]\). The target weight is

$$w_c=\begin{cases}s_c/100, & |s_c|>15\\[2pt] 0\ (\text{flat}), & |s_c|\le 15\end{cases}\qquad \text{size}_c = w_c\cdot E\cdot L$$

where \(E\) is follower equity and \(L\) its leverage. Sign gives direction (long/short); the ±15 band suppresses noise.

The Copybot

Every ~5 minutes the copybot reconciles each follower against the signal — Blue Bear (0x95Df…, 5×) and Smurf (3×) — trading live through approved API agent wallets that can trade but never withdraw. Execution is maker-first: new positions, adds and reduces post as ALO (post-only) at best bid/ask; anything unfilled after 60 s is cancelled and sent at market. Full closes always go to market.

At the current fee tier maker orders earn no rebate; they simply pay less. Measured all-in cost (incl. builder fee) is ~6.0 bps maker vs ~8.5 bps taker — about $6.00 vs $8.50 per $10k notional. Today ~9 of 12 opens/adds filled as maker.

Builder Fee

Each order carries a 5 bps (0.05%) builder fee routed to builder 0x95e1642B6C06E06E6ad9412A90e908Dcb09f6c1a, approved once per user on Hyperliquid. Roughly $59 has accrued to date.

Snapshot Bot

Every 5 minutes, just before the copybot cycle, the snapshot bot rotates current → previous and captures the full pool — all positions, 24h fills, Mood Ring signal, rankings, bot state, stops and builder rewards — into a SQLite time-indexed store with strict 48-hour rolling retention. Any state in the window can be queried by time, address or coin, and any two cycles diffed. A watchdog restarts it on stall.

Safety Elements

Stops/trailing/re-entry block currently apply to Blue Bear only. Not investment advice.
